If you have a realtor with whom you are working either to buy or sell a home please DO NOT contact me. I was asked recently to drive someone around to look at houses because their realtor is busy. Well thats your fault for hiring the wrong realtor. I always make time for MY CLIENTS.

WOW!!!! what a last 2 weeks, things have really picked up. Houses are moving although prices are still kinda flat at least people are making offers. Inventory should be lowering which is good for those trying to sell a home. Buyers may have a tougher time getting approved since mortagage companies are being more conservative when lending money. ...
