Stimulus Package

With the government implementing a stimulus package and the fed lowering interest rates (hopefully 1/2 point Jan 31st.) maybe the hosuin market will pick up. If the housing market recovers maybe the rest of the economy will rebound. In my opinion its wishful thinking. Consumer confidnce is low the psychology of the consumer is telling them not to spend. If I were a buyer I would be seriously looking to buy this year locking in low interest rates (for those with good credit).
